Rob Malowany further expands the range and depth of Parkland on the brooding, achingly beautiful, second full length album entitled Monument. Released almost one year to the day of his debut release Singularity, also on Offseason Records. Both records are available in exquisite packaging on colored and white vinyl respectively.

Rick Maddocks is a composer, writer and singer. Before founding Sun Belt in 2013, which has yielded Cabalcor ( a fever dream of dusty, unhurried songs), released on OffSeason Records, he wrote and performed in The Meal, an experimental opera that debuted at the PuSh International Performing Arts Festival (Vancouver) in 2011 and was restaged at Pacific Theatre in 2012. He also wrote and produced atmospheric roots band The Beige’s two releases, 01 and El Ángel Exterminador. His collection of linked stories, Sputnik Diner, was published by Knopf Canada/Vintage. Rick will be performing a few of his wonderful songs as duo this evening.
